'Services' refer to accommodation, wellness programs, and related facilities offered at our premises. 'Participant' means any individual receiving or benefiting from our Services.

2. Scope of Services

We provide health, recreational, and therapeutic activities designed to support the wellbeing of seniors.

3. Registration and Booking

All bookings must be made through our website. Confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of full payment.

4. Fees and Payment

Participants agree to pay all fees in advance. Payment methods are listed on our website. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Refund Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancellation is requested at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• 50% refund if cancellation is requested between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival.
• No refund if cancellation is made less than 15 days before arrival.
• Refunds do not apply to additional services already rendered.

To request a refund, participants must submit a written notice via our contact form. Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval. Administrative fees of 5% may apply.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect personal data to provide and improve our Services. Data is processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elder Retreat Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Amendments
